- Corrinder.
- 1 green chili.
- ½ carrot.
- 3 tomato.
- ½ tsp of Himalayan salt.
- 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder.
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder.
- Chopped coriander leaves.
- 2 tsp arrowroot powder.

Chop the ingredients put them together in a pressure cooker. Then add ½ tsp of pink Himalayan salt, 3 cups water, a small piece of cinnamon and then pressure cook.
